Introduction
The governance, strategies, practices, and leadership involved in operating an international business by exploring the complex challenges related to global businesses, such as sustainability and economic downturns, market expansion, economies of scale, and spreading business risk and cost advantages. In this context, economic development becomes a key issue for which leadership plays an important role in taking businesses global, as the managers lead businesses facing the contemporary and future challenges involved in operating in the global market. Hence, the global perspective on leadership and business management is crucial to being successful in today’s globalized business world. In the Sri Lankan context, the leading business partners looking the opportunities and areas that have future potential are closely explored to expand their business to the global market as an avenue for the widening of their market which has become more volatile due to many reasons.
Analysis
Many energetic and business-minded entrepreneurs gradually acquire the required management and international leadership skills and competencies to analyze this volatile global market and economic downspouts to orient their global paths but limit their capabilities in achieving sustainability targets and leading the business to meet every aspect of challenges in the international business and global marketing. This research study explores the developing trends of complex global challenges where the leadership meeting concerning governance, strategies, practices, etc. to enhance the individual business or the chain of business to elevate their status in the global economy which in turn facilitates the economic status of the country, both now and into the future.
