Introduction
Chronic neck pain is a challenging condition to treat in clinical practice and has a considerable impact on quality of life and disability. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, acupoints and tender points may become sensitised when the body is in a diseased state. Stimulation of such sensitive points may lead to disease improvement and improved clinical efficacy.This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of needling at sensitive acupoints in providing pain relief, improvement of cervical vertebral function and quality of life in patients with chronic neck pain.I followed the many of previous researches to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture for the treatment of neck pain.After this literature review I decided and collected best acupuncture points for neck pain.It will helpful all of acupuncture physcians to get some knowledge about which acupuncture points best for neck pain.It has no contraindications or risks.
Methodology
The 25 research articles have collected by me using PUBMED,Google scroll..etc(Literature reviews,Case studies,Clinical studies etc..)Each of the research articles have read by me separately and wrote down the important facts.The important facts have collected by me related with my research topic.Under the results,The facts have designed by me using graph charts tables.
Conclusion
This study analyzed 25 papers on acupuncture for neck pain treatment.All were showed positive results.we can increased the results using physiotherapy,Ayurveda treatments,yoga and meditation with acupuncture.If you are suffering from neck pain you can get best results using acupuncture.
